Client: Rainsford Contracts
This project involved scaffolding across all four elevations of the property, fully boarded with ladder access for safe movement. Debris netting was installed on all sides, along with Monarflex sheeting from the roof to the eaves for weather protection.
Key features included:
- A full temporary roof cover
- Haki staircases to all lift levels
- Hoist tower enclosure with gates at ground level and top boarded lift access, accommodating a 500kg hoist
- Single-storey scaffold to the garage and workshop for roof replacement
This scaffold was designed and built according to a full structural scaffold plan.
