Completed in four separate site visits, this project included the erection and later dismantling of extensive scaffolding for construction work.
- Visit 1: Full perimeter scaffold (approx. 60m) at one lift high, including a 4m loading bay and full internal birdcage scaffold
- Visit 2: Scaffold raised to a second lift level for brickwork
- Visit 3: Gable end scaffolding added with hop-ups on both ends for roofing and brickwork completion
- Visit 4: Full dismantling and site clearance
This phased approach ensured efficient progress and minimal disruption throughout the build.
